Q&A

  • Device does not boot up / does not start
    Make sure the device's power switch is turned on and in the “on” position. Check whether the control lamp on the power pack lights up. If the device still does not boot, unplug the device for at least 30 seconds. Then reconnect the device. If the device still does not start/boot up, please contact your dealer.
  • Device or app is frozen
    Disconnect the device from the power supply for at least 30 seconds and reconnect it. Let the device fully boot up. Clear browsing history and close running/open apps.
  • connection to the internet
    Wi-Fi: Make sure Wi-Fi is turned on in Settings, the Wi-Fi signal is strong enough, and the password is entered correctly. LAN: Make sure the Ethernet cable is properly connected and signaling is taking place. (If necessary, carry out a test with another device). Set your time zone in the advanced settings.

    Make sure the sound is not turned down or muted. Check the cable connections. Make sure the connected devices are turned on. Make sure the input source is correct. Make sure no cable is wrongly placed in the IR-Out (IR-Send). Especially not the included infrared extension cable.
  • The remote control does not work.
    Make sure the battery is not dead or inserted incorrectly. Clean the remote's IR emitter. Try to point the remote control directly at the TV from a distance of about 1.5 meters.
  • Why are the encrypted digital channels unavailable?
    Contact your program provider. Your subscription may have expired.
